18 days of no school

I have yet to write anything about our Holiday Season, it could be that having kids home made me way too busy to post anything. Here are some highlights of our holiday season:

1. Tacky Christmas Sweater party. It may have been the best one yet. We hosted it for our good friends this year, and it was so great to have it here, and have everyone over.
2. Sleeping in past 6:30.
3. Brad taking Vacation time so we could be together as a family.
4. Going bowling as a family. Mitchell got the second highest score. It may have been because he had a ramp and the bumpers, but in my case, I don't think that would have made a difference.
5. Christmas day, other than watching the kids open presents, we had a few families over for dinner, and it was a fun day with good food, and great friends.
6. Fireworks on New Years Eve- at our friends house. It was a great show that lasted well into the new year. It was warmer than last year. And the fire in the neighbors yard made it more exciting.
7. Lunch with friends on New Years day. Again, great food, and great company.
8. The kids exercising almost everyday. We got their workouts from crossfitkids.com. And they all enjoyed doing it, and we enjoyed watching them.
9. Having some great Weather so the kids could play outside and get some energy out.

I am sure I have left some things out, but we really did have a great Holiday and we are very blessed and very Thankful. We are so glad to have 2010 behind us, and really hope 2011 is a great year.
